4.65 am run, no watch.  I'm very relieved to not be running this afternoon.  I'm beat.  I soaked my feat in ice water for 20 minutes.  They feel great!

I did a lot of barefooting/VFFs last year, and plan on doing a marathon barefoot or in VFFs after I qualify for Boston...
