10 miles out and back from home. Nice and flat, 85°. 1:23:43 8:22 ave. I was a little surprised at my time today. I thought I was running 9's.

looks like it was a good day running for both of us huh that midnight 5 k sounds great we will be running the hood to coast relay in oregon that weekend . i did find and try on the kinvara's at wasatch running center in sandy they look and feel all that i have heard have not used up the fastswitch yet but still drooling over these new ones all the same
