| A.M. Worked from home today trying to keep the house warm and pipes from freezing. I integrated stretching, leg strengthening, and core work while trying to finish up some data analysis for my next paper. P.M. Hour on the bike trainer. It was frigid and I wussed out.

A.M. Physical therapy. More graston and stretching. They think the IT band and quad are looking pretty good, so I'm cleared to jog slowly for 2-3 miles a day for the next 5-6 days. Next week, we'll reassess and determine if I need to schedule any follow-ups for the following week. If not, I'll be able to ramp up the mileage and schedule something in 2-3 weeks.. fingers crossed. Lunch: Yoga. I don't understand why they keep the yoga rooms so warm. It wasn't even a 'warm' yoga class. I think I would pass out if I tried a 'hot' yoga class. It just makes me feel light-headed and gross. No good. Our kitchen pipes and radiator pipe that heats our A-frame froze over night. The hubby stayed home this morning to try to heat the house up enough to get them to unfreeze but had to leave around lunch to get into work for a meeting. Hopefully I don't come home to a flooded house. Ah, fun in the mountains.

| A.M. 4 miles in 11:43 Avg pace. Wow! I am slow and out of shape. Ran the usual 4 mile loop near our house with the pup. It was nice and snowy out and very calm. Knee felt great Lunch: Shoveled snow for an hour Afternoon: Snow shoe with the pup, probably 3.5 miles, but it took us awhile. I was breaking trail through hip deep snow drifts and piles.. We had an excellent time!

Did some baking, some reading, and some hanging out with the hubby who had been sick since Friday (it's Wednesday and he's still sick with a really nasty cough, somehow I may have managed to escape).

| A.M. Went tele skiing for 1.5 hrs. I think I am making progress. Legs were super tired after about 4 runs and it was mighty cold out. The hubby is still sick and we didn't want the cold to irritate his lungs too much. Poor guy. |
