I got on the treadmill nervous because I did not want my knee to slow me down again.  I started off really slow and was able to speed it up as I went.  I ran 2 miles in 22 minutes and then I walked up hill at a very fast pace for the next half.  I did not have much knee pain just a little dull pain.   I felt like I could have done more but did not want to push it until I was in major pain again.

I worked my arms, abs and legs, then I rode the bike for 20 minutes.

I spent the rest of my day at the wood discovery park with my kids.

I loved the weather today!

Hey thanks!

I talked to my brother in law on the phone and he asked me a million questions about my knee. He said it sounded like I had been doing everything I should be and then he asked me if I was doing lunges and I told him the type of lung that the trainer had me do and he was pretty mad, he said that was exactly what did it. He lives in seattle and felt bad he could not do more to help but I told him that you had help me out. He was pleased with that.
