I got a bike for Christmas! 6 miles to Prescidio and back on bike with Walter.
a.m. - 9 miles with Elizabeth at Lake Hodges. I had to run a "moderate" pace to keep up with her easy pace. I'm out of shape!
p.m. 13 miles with Walter on bike. To Ocean Beach for picnic. Home via the Prescidio.
ART appointment - he says that my hamstring should not keep me from training and that I need to stretch out my hips A LOT to keep hamstring happy.
9 miles to Harbor Island and back on bike with Walter.
a.m. - easy run on Ocean Beach bike path
p.m. - sailing for about 4 hours trying to find whales! Wind died and only made it 2 miles from the coast. No whales this time!
