Random weights at the gym. Went light because I haven't lifted in so long. But it didn't work. I could barely put my coat on the next day.
Swimming - 2,000 yards in 50 minutes. I have to give myself a compliment and say that I am a decent swimmer now!
PT - more exercises and stretching. But does it really help? To be determined.
