6x400@6:0x w/ 400 jog recoveries +wup/cdown. Ran these 400 a little bit faster than I have been, and it ruined me. Either that or I am a bit out of shape from 2 weeks off eating pasta, chocolate, cookies, etc. and drinking wine!
