Today I ran twice.  I got up at 7:00am and ran a 4 mile rolling hill course.  I love this course because I run the hills faster than the rest of the run.

Then after work I did another 3 miles with Tammy and looked at the Christmas lights.

After workI went to the Olympic Oval to do a  pyramid workout.  I normaly run with Coach in the morning but today I had to go to this dumb meeting.  The plan was to do 2X200s, 2X300s, 2X4002, 2X300s, and 2X200s. I was only able to do half the workout.  After the first 400 I felt so weak and died.  I should have been able to finish but it just was an off day and I don't have many of them.

200s:  32sec, 32 sec

300s:  55 sec, 55 sec

400s:  69 sec, 77 sec

300s:  DNF

200s:  DNF

It was a rainny morning and I loved it.  I did a 7 mile out and back.  The first mile was flat and then I was on 2 mile up hill.  I hit the half way mark and was happy that the rest of my run was all down hill.  For the most part I let the hill take me down with alittle push.  On the down hill I ran at a 6:30 pace easily.  I love hill workouts.

It was a very cold morning to be running 18 miles in short.  I met early for some extra miles with some others.  Someone said it was 10 degress outside.  I started at the capital for an out and back.  The turn around was at the post office on sunny side by the zoo.  I like this run because it goes throught the avenues, past the Universtiy hospithal and then to the zoo.  The course goes up and down whith not many flats.
