I thought i do my first hill workout since getting back. I ran a 1.5 mile warm up then 5 .3 mile hills with a 1.5 cool down. It felt pretty good. It definetly got me breathing heavily.
So today was pretty fun. I went running in the pouring ran. It was pretty good run. My legs felt good and I had a good time. So it was the best of both worlds.
Today's run went well. I ran up into Green Canyon. The weather was nice because it has been raining a lot lately. Legs felt kind of sore at the beginning but they felt fine by the end.
