| | I didn't have much time today. so i just ran 2 miles with a mile on the grass.

| | I thought i do my first hill workout since getting back. I ran a 1.5 mile warm up then 5 .3 mile hills with a 1.5 cool down. It felt pretty good. It definetly got me breathing heavily.

| | So today was pretty fun. I went running in the pouring ran. It was pretty good run. My legs felt good and I had a good time. So it was the best of both worlds.

| | Today's run went well. I ran up into Green Canyon. The weather was nice because it has been raining a lot lately. Legs felt kind of sore at the beginning but they felt fine by the end.

| | I went on just an easy run today. I felt pretty good. I saw the USU xc team working out. They looked like they were in good running shape. It was fun i even got to talk to one of my old teammates.

| | Today I ran up by the campus. It was a good run. But it was way funny because people kept stopping me asking me where buildings where. haha. I dont know why but i was happy to help.

| | I ran 6 today with a 2 mile tempo section. It was pretty good. I ran at 6:30 ish pace during the tempo. Not bad.

| | Today's run was long and slow. I liked it a lot though. I ran a trail near campus. It was way pretty.

| | I ran with danny today. It was pretty slow but who cares it felt good. the weird thing lately is i have shooting pains randomly in my big toe when i walk... i dont know why. hopefully it will go away
