This week went much better than last week. Changes I made were 1. took 1/10 to 2/10 mile walking breaks every 2 1/2 - 3 miles. 2. didn't leave my shot blocks in the car 3. didn't do the steep 4.3 mile downhill to start, more uphill instead. I hope I will be able to get a 20 miler in next week. Would have been nice to be able to go into SGM the way I had planned earlier in the year, but I am actually thrilled to be where I am at this point after taking 4 weeks off just over a month ago.
