I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Today's run was meant to be very easy except for a little pushing on the hill repeats. 6.1 miles over all with 6 forty five minute hill repeats in the 3rd mile. Nice morning in the river bottoms. Dead raccoon became bloated raccoon and is now becoming decomposed raccoon. It will be nice when we don't have to see any raccoon at all as we take this route. Headed down BS Rools Road and back home. Looks like it should be a wonderful day here in our neck of the woods.

Last night was the last night of our daughter's play. Yeah! I don't have to fill two heads full of ringlets every night anymore! It sure was fun to watch them and see how much they both learned through this little production! Tani was Fairy Charity and Tia was a princess, a peasant and a firefly. Great job girls!

45 'minute' hill repeats? Now THAT would be quite the workout. Lest anyone think Coach Tom has become a psychotic, lunatic, sadist husband/coach let me just make a slight correction and say that these were actually 45 'second' repeats.

BTW You did great on the workout Babe!

Hey if you ever want to do 45 minute hill repeats I'll try and accomodate you! But we'll have to find a bigger hill, like running up Mt. Nebo or something.

Hahaha! You guys are so funny. 45 min. hill repeats definitely do not sound as interesting as 45 second repeats, unless you count the whole trip to Tibet thing.

Kim, we have a road named after us? Is it a Kool road, uphill with the wind blowing in your face as you run up? Or, does it relate to the decomposing Racoon? Whatever the reason, we must run this road, take pictures, run with you and Tom. You and Tom, with many other loyal bloggers have been great to keep me positive.

Yes Brent, we do run on a road named after you and Sylvie! It is a nice curvy road that runs you straight into the canyon wind if you run east on it. It is in a new development area. For some reason they have B.S. with some arrows about 4 times painted on the road. I guess it could be graffiti BS, but it looks like it is something official with the development, so I have dubbed it BS Rools road.
