Ran the adventure park loop with Laureen for the first 3.24 and then pushed it hard the last two. It was nice to stretch it out a bit. The weather continues to be perfect for running.

Same run on the adventure park loop with Laureen. Pushed it hard the last two miles. Felt strong without any lingering aches or pains.

Ran adventure park, Kohler's loop. Averaged 7:56 pace overall (a little faster on the flat and downhill stretches, a little slower on the uphill). Pushed the last mile fairly hard, but never felt much stress. I was a little tired starting out (mostly from lack of sleep), but felt pretty strong throughout. An absolutely beautiful day for a run (clear and just cool enough in the morning for a long sleeve shirt).

Ran on the indoor track at the American Fork Rec Center so I'm not sure on the distance (I just based it on time and pace). My daughters have a Jujitsu class on Thursday nights so I decided to run while they were in class instead of in the rain and wind this morning. I think forty-five minutes is about as long as I can stand running around that little loop.

Cold this morning, but beautiful. Grass covered with snow and temperatures in the mid-20's, but the sun was out and no breeze to speak of. Ran the adventure park loop with Laureen and then cut it a bit short to get home in time to get daughter off to school.

Ran the usual Saturday morning loop with Laureen, but we went a little further south so that we could stop at the church at the bottom of the hill for a drink. Pushed it up the big hill at the mouth of American Fork Canyon and also along the stretch just north of the white church. It was overcast and a little cold and breezy at times, but a nice day for a run.
