My wife Laureen got me into running. She went into the St. George Marathon Ten Year Club last year and I should go in this year. I have two daughters (15 and 21).

Cold this morning, but beautiful. Grass covered with snow and temperatures in the mid-20's, but the sun was out and no breeze to speak of. Ran the adventure park loop with Laureen and then cut it a bit short to get home in time to get daughter off to school.

It sounds like you are over your illness and back to running strong.

Larry is looking to run the Death Valley Marathon on Dec. 2 so he's doing a 20 mile long run tomorrow at 8:00am. I'm planning to join him tomorrow. I'm not sure where we'll run, probably Provo Canyon or the canal road. I know it's short notice and vague plans, but you're welcome to join us.
