| After staying up late last night, we were awakened about 6:00 a.m. by the sounds of our Chihuahua trying to clear his throat of some foreign object (probably just a hair or something). For such a little dog, he sometimes makes a lot of noise. Neither one of us could get back to sleep so we just got up to go for a run. It was dark out, but not too cold. We had a great time and Laureen's ankle is doing better all the time. | Comments(1) |

| Wanted to get some kind of workout in this morning, but didn't have a lot of time. I'm usually up late with the nightly call with India, so it's hard to get up early enough to run, shower and get ready to take my daughter to school by 7:30.
