Ran the usual Saturday morning loop with Laureen, but we went a little further south so that we could stop at the church at the bottom of the hill for a drink. Pushed it up the big hill at the mouth of American Fork Canyon and also along the stretch just north of the white church. It was overcast and a little cold and breezy at times, but a nice day for a run. |
