First mile: 8:22 (rolling); second mile 7:49 (downhill); third mile: 8:13 (rolling); fourth 9:06 (uphill); fifth: 7:54 (steep up then down). Average heart rate was 159 which is a rate I can sustain for 26 miles or more. |
