Extended Highland Glen loop (south along trail to Deerfield Elementary, west to 40th, north to HS, west and and south to end of park, circle around the pond and then back the same way to the flag pole, north to the underpass and then back through the orchard and along the creek). Felt pretty good over all, but noticed some recurrent plantar pain in my right foot. Didn't push it that hard today. |
