Running Accomplishments:

Ran cross country and track all throughout high school. Met a lot of great people and enjoyed the races, travel time, and the overall process for all four years. I made varsity several times throughout high school, but had to work quite a bit for it as well. Overall, had a great experience with it though!

Personal:

Born again Christian. I have been a type 1 diabetic since 2015 and celiac since 2018, and even though I have had my struggles with it, I still strive to live a healthy life. Senior at Utah State University studying Health Science. Hoping to go into pharmaceuticals and focus on diabetic supplies and medicine, because I am quite passionate about helping those that have the same medical condition as I do.

AM: 4 miles easy from Aggie Blvd. 8:46 pace.

PM: Crossfit workout this afternoon. 15 minute warmup on the assault bike, then I did a 20 minute circuit of: 250m row, 15 KB swings, 25 double unders. This was a pretty tough one, because I have not practiced rowing for quite a while.

AM: 3.27 miles easy+ 30 minutes easy on the assault bike afterwards.

PM: 12.90 mile outdoor cycle on my lunch break. Felt good to get out and do some riding outdoors.

AM: 3.37 mile easy run+ 30 min easy assault bike. 

PM: 30 min GCN HIIT workout on the assault bike. This one consisted of 8x 30 second intervals with 1-2 minute rest between each one. Also did some rowing intervals after that consisting of: 4x 100m, 4x 250m, 4x 500m, 4x 250m, 4x 100m. Tough one!

AM: 60 minutes easy on the assault bike, then did 3.48 miles of jog/walking.

PM: 3.1 miles easyish. Got pretty hot outside this afternoon. Finished with core/strength upper body session: 5x 5 shoulder press, 3x 10 dumbell rows, 3x 100m weighted farmer walks. 3 rounds of: 30 double unders, 25 grinders, 20 roman twists, 1 minute plank.
