Met a lot of great people and enjoyed the races, travel time, and the overall process for all four years. I made varsity several times throughout high school, but had to work quite a bit for it as well. Overall, had a great experience with it though!

| PM- 16.7 TM miles watching "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story". 7:36 average pace. Somewhat of a mid-week long run. I think that was my longest run on the treadmill.

| AM- 7 miles rec center track alternating 1 lap hard/1 lap easy. Good to get the cadence up. Finished up with my new core routine that I have been doing. 7 x (10 pushups, 10 v-ups, 1 minute plank). I can tell that doing core more often has helped quite a bit with my form and running economy.

| AM- 41.15 miles on the assault bike/airdyne. 11 miles more than what I did last Friday on it. Towards the end it felt a lot like what it feels like in the last couple miles of a long run. Legs are pretty tired now.

| AM- Dynamic warmup and stretching, then 14 minutes hard on the airdyne. 5 to 10 minute rest then did a 22 minute amrap of: 20 dumbell snatches, 20 dumbell pulls, 20 dumbell situps, 250 meter row, and a 1 minute plank. Ended up getting a little over 6 rounds for that. 10 minute rest then 31 miles on the airdyne in 1:48:18. Overall a great workout!
