AM- Dynamic warmup and stretching, then 14 minutes hard on the airdyne. 5 to 10 minute rest then did a 22 minute amrap of: 20 dumbell snatches, 20 dumbell pulls, 20 dumbell situps, 250 meter row, and a 1 minute plank. Ended up getting a little over 6 rounds for that. 10 minute rest then 31 miles on the airdyne in 1:48:18. Overall a great workout!
