AM- 10k easy followed by 10 minute core routine. 8:05 average.
PM- 3.1 mile commute home after helping deliver some canned food to some friends before they head off on their month long road trip. Once I got home, I did a short crossfit workout. 16 minute amrap: 30 double unders, 15 dumbell snatches, 15 situps. My back was a little tight afterward, but overall felt pretty good about the workout!
