PM: Aggie Rec Center today. Did around 30 minutes on the indoor track today. Watch said 2.8 but I went around 24 laps so it was basically 3 today. Core/strength lower body afterward: 3x 10 back squat, 3x 10 good mornings, 3x 10 dumbell lunges. Blood glucose level dropped down to 56 mg/dL during the run, so I was starting to feel weak and shakey during the run. Other than that I felt good during the workout today.
