Went out to do 3 miles but ended up running two and walking the last one in with a slight limp. Looks like my left leg wants to hold Saturday against me for a little bit :)

I am glad you got out to run, even if it was just a little bit! Keep it up, you are awesome! Anyone who says 30 degrees is GREAT must be awesome!
