LOL got to love changing these up. Sore all over again in new spots to boot. Are you looking to do a Tri with starting up swimming?

Great run. It is really nice to know that the workouts are really working something :)

Yeah, it's kind of funny that I can run for 2 hours and feel okay the next day, but swim for 20 minutes and I can barely raise my arms!!

I thought about a tri a while back, and borrowed my moms bike and went for a ride and hated it! I am not sure why though, I should really give it another shot. Maybe this swimming and biking as cross training will get me more interested! "Huans32" (sorry I don't know your name!!), I saw that you are interested in doing a tri, have you started training for one or is that just way in the future? I feel like it would also be a lot of commitment, so maybe after I finallllly graduate for good.

I'd recommend going to a swim clinic to get a good foundation in form. Especially if you're thinking of going into tris.

Your back should be doing most of the work and there's a possibility of you straining your shoulders.

You don't want to burn bad form into your muscle memory, because you're going to have to unlearn it.

That's a great idea, I'd love to get some help so that I'm doing it right. I'll have to look for something in my area. Until then, I'll take your pointers and read stuff online to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Thanks!
