Short-Term Running Goals:

 

*Run Boston Marathon Did it!! 2010~!!! SO FUN!

*Smooth has inspired me and I'd like to do the Utah Grand Slam sometime in my life :). Well, let's say before 2013 :).

*Improve my overall running abilities, stay healthy and Hey, it wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds either.

 



Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as long as I can. Meet and establish new friends/friendships and enjoy running for what it is really about.

Personal:

I am a mother to 3 handsome, active little boys (11, 7 and 5) and a beautiful baby girl (Just turned one in March). I'm married to TylerS (also on this blog) and work as a Mortgage Loan officer where I have been for almost 14 years now. I love my job and the people that I work with. I love being a mom and the inspiration I get from Running! Life is busy and entertaining, It's great!

Met up with Heidi W this morning at 7:00 for a long run.  WOW, what a pretty morning!!  We left our houses ran down canal road to Woodland Hills Drive cut back over to the highway, across and around the Krishna temple to the ball park and back home!!  It was a very fun run this morning with Heidi and I felt it was challenging at parts and then easy running in other parts!! The Sun was very intense this morning which was the first time I have felt it like that this year, so it brought on the heat and the endurance!!  It was a great morning and a great way to get my Saturday off to a good start!! The last mile was a gradual incline so that lap slowed our overall pace down a bit but I am still very happy with the outcome!

Yeah for another Mom of three boys!!! Thanks for your comment on my blog :) It's fun to meet new people . . . You seem like an amazing and positive gal! Fun to read about your runs and your jump roping. I've heard it's one of the best cross training you can do for running, so great job! Also I'm so glad to hear you liked Jillian's 30 day shred, I've been debating buying it, and now I'm convinced it could be worth the money . . .I have Bob's bootcamp one and I like it too. I'm actually just a little obsessed with The Biggest Loser, but hey, we all have our things right? Anyway, you seem like an amazing girl ! Good luck w/ your running this week:)

Thanks so much Amber! I appreciate your comment! I want to know what you think about the shred if you get it!! You will have to tell me about Bob's boot camp too!! I am starting to fall in love with working out to videos, as long as I have someone to help me get out of bed of course. Now, I just need to buy me a fan to keep me cooled off is all now that it is warming up outside!! Anyway, isn't the biggest loser finale on tonight?? I will be thinking about you!!
