Short-Term Running Goals:

 

*Run Boston Marathon Did it!! 2010~!!! SO FUN!

*Smooth has inspired me and I'd like to do the Utah Grand Slam sometime in my life :). Well, let's say before 2013 :).

*Improve my overall running abilities, stay healthy and Hey, it wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds either.

 



Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as long as I can. Meet and establish new friends/friendships and enjoy running for what it is really about.

Personal:

I am a mother to 3 handsome, active little boys (11, 7 and 5) and a beautiful baby girl (Just turned one in March). I'm married to TylerS (also on this blog) and work as a Mortgage Loan officer where I have been for almost 14 years now. I love my job and the people that I work with. I love being a mom and the inspiration I get from Running! Life is busy and entertaining, It's great!

Woke up with sore abs this morning, HOORAY!! I think the last time my abs were sore was about 2 years ago after giving birth to my son and the last time they were sore due to a work out was...........Um Never.  REALLY, I Love it!! It is nice to know that the area my body suffering most these days (due to my sugar intake I am sure of it) is the area that got a significant work out yesterday, THANK YOU JILLIAN!!!  

But, onto today.  Met up with the Heidi's today for the New Leaf route!! What a beautiful morning and almost warm enough to start running in shorts (this takes time for me Tyler), can I get another HOORAY!!!  We followed up our run with some more Jump roping.  A total of 200 jumps plus some "jump rope running" (is what I am going to call it) down the road and back. It really gets your heart rate up.  Our goal is to be able to run (jump rope run) the entire distance of our street here soon!! We will see how that goes!! What a wonderful way to start my day, HOORAY!!

You are in so much trouble!!! You HAD to tell me that you were at Kneaders and you MADE me go get a cookie and then you practically DARED me to go get more. And than just started a downwards spiral that has lasted 36 hours!!!!

HA HA HA!! Kelli, you make me laugh. It's true, I was not a very good friend yesterday! You know that they say misery loves company!! Totally Kidding!! Because you are my twin sister, I wanted you to share in the same therapudic happiness that I experienced yesterday! That's all!! Please forgive me!! I will not be able to survive if you are mad at me! Not to mention that it was my first official time going to Kneaders to buy a treat and so I thought of you the instant I walked in the door and your face kept popping into my head with every treat I ate the rest of the day! I was hoping for the same effect with you. Sorry to add red horns and a pointed tail to your vision of me :(

I love you for suggesting cookies. I just ate another one. I am SO bad!!!!!!

We went to Iceberg for dinner last night. I have never actually eaten there, only gotten shakes! It was good and greasy!

I am out of control Kelli and can't even blame PMS for it! I am simply just out of control! Today is the day that I get a grip though, I have to say it out loud in attempts to convince myself. Let's see how that works!! :)
