BEAUTIFUL morning, especially considering the weather we have been having.  I even got to bed early last night (10:30) so once I was up, I felt refreshed and ready to run!!!  We ran "New Leaf" this morning.  When I started running I felt a little sluggish, I think from not running for 3 days.  But, we pushed through and when we got done, Oh, how lovely I felt!!

Avg. Pace: 8:37

Then we jump roaped afterwards for a few minutes.  I did a total of 180 "jumps" (3 sets of 50 with the last set getting 80) and whew, it kicked my butt!! We are going to start trying to jump rope more often to try and "jump" up the cardio a bit!!  It was a fun morning!!

Thanks so much Ladies!! It's nice to be done for the day, as opposed to you ladies who run, do aerobics, weights, yoga, biking, etc.....You amaze me!! But I am happy, it's all good!! Thanks again!!!
