So, considering the very very cold temperatures (I think they said 3 degrees where I live this morning), the Heidi's and I opted for a little indoor workout session rather then running.  Heidi W slept in (it's okay, she deserved it) so Heidi C and I did a little strength training.  Now, I can't tell if I am shaking because my muscles are tired or because I am freezing to death.  It was great to get up and get back to a somewhat normal routine today.  Here is to Monday and getting back into the groove.

Hey Michelle,

No, neither Tyler or I got out this morning. He had to leave for work at 6:00AM and so he couldn't get out and I couldn't get out. But, I want to try and do something today. We will have to see how time permits :)
