Morning) 3- Regular morning had to get out all the junk acquired over the weekend. 

Afternoon) 9- Really fun run just what I needed after a very gloomy weekend.  Went to go on albino and took a wrong turn (thanks to tyson) and went into the desert and did an off-road run and it was a blast! Then did 4x200m which was pretty good.

Morning) 3- Felt a little weird, but it still was all right.

Afternoon) 4 + pyramids (9 in total)-  It was good until my legs tightened but I think it is due to my stride change and my turn over change.

Morning) 3- Legs felt a little sore, but not too shabby of a run.

Afternoon) 5 + striders- We ran down to 2450 park and did a grass run.  It was pretty good and fun, but there were a lot of sharp things in the grass!

It was a good run.  Ran with hunter and talked about what could happen next year in xc and got me super stoked about it!  I felt great, we weren't running super fast but not slow ha.
