College student who was a PVXC varsity runner (4ever). I'm probably the most competetive person you will meet. I love learning languages and learning new things! I love watching professional soccer (real football)! I like learning new thing and love playing most sports!
Morining: 3 Miles- Artic circle it was a pretty good run.
Afternoon: We did sunrise and did 5 hills and they were killer, but I did well starting on the hill and by the end I would always feel my bowel/stomach issues kick-in.
Afternoon: 6 miles-We went out and ran to target and then on the way back we went in the tunnel to scare the girls (coming from the other side) It was pretty fun, but my stomach was being dumb.
It was a good speed run, but I had some bowel issues and so the end wasn't good and during the speed part of the workout I probably could have gone faster.
I was suppose to do six today but my bowels were worse than ever today and I had to walk a mile away to a church trying not to pull a murray ha. I researched it and I just think I have to change some things in my diet.
