AM- 3 miles E. PM- Coe Workout (yes, Sebastian Coe did do this!). workout (goal times): 100m (17.5 sec), 110m (18.7 sec), 120m (19.9 sec), 130m (21.1 sec), 140m (22.3 sec), 150m (23.5 sec), 160m (24.7 sec), 170m (25.9 sec), 180m (27.1 sec), 190m (28.3 sec), 200m (29.5 sec) equal distance recovery on all of them. My times were a little slow for me, because the only 400m I could put in (for the split calculator) was a little slow because it was after running the 1600 and 3200 in the same day and sitting in the sun. Anyway, the workout I was way under for the whole thing except for the last two I hit right on (exactly on..like 28.3 & 29.5). I liked this workout, because it wasn't way hard but it definitely helped me realize that I have some speed in my legs and I just got to trust it! |
