College student who was a PVXC varsity runner (4ever).  I'm probably the most competetive person you will meet.  I love learning languages and learning new things!  I love watching professional soccer (real football)!  I like learning new thing and love playing most sports!

AM- 3 miles E.  I felt fine.

PM- 4x1600m.  Byron and my time goal was 5:13.  I didn't eat lunch, I felt a little sick, but I resolved my stress, which is awesome!  I felt so relieved.  Our first one I already felt tired from no sleep and no lunch, but we hit our time right on! (5:13)  The second repeat I was feeling more tired, but I still hit my time (5:13).  The third one is when I started to struggle.  I fell off a little on most of the last lap until the last 100m I sprinted and caught byron but we were too slow the first two laps so we ended a second back (5:14).  The last one I was trying so hard and I held it until the last lap but sprinted the last 100m (again ha) and caught byron for a good end to the workout (5:12).

Overall- I was really impressed with this because if I can run like this when I am completely out of energy and dead then I am ready to kill the season!  Byron really helped today, but I plan to sleep and eat well tonight! :-)

Am- 3 miles E. I woke up late so nice easy by myself.

PM- 12 miles w/ 20 min tempo @5:40 pace. We ran six miles then started our tempo. I started running and it felt too slow... It was too slow so I sped up and just kept it but mike and byron weren't feeling good so I just kept going at the same pace. It was hard to keep pace by myself. I did though cause we guesstimated my distance based on mikes distance and I calculated it and I got 5:37-5:42!! Not bad for a solo tempo when my legs were tight!!

Overall- I was super impressed! I think this was a super confidence booster because I did it without mike or coach to push me! I hav really perfected how to keep myself calm myself mentally! I am sorta glad I got the opportunity to run this!

AM- 4 miles E.

PM- 12x400m @ 1:10 goal pace.  I hit all my times within a second until the last 5(other than the last two), then it was 1:07-1:08  then for the second to last one coach said to go hard for the first 200m, and I just stuck with mike until the end and I got a 1:04.  Then coach said go all out the last one but I was so tired from nailing the others I just pushed and got another 1:04.  

Overall- really happy with this workout!

PM- 5 w/ 4x200m.  I felt good.  Sad Hurricane is cancelled though.

AM- 3 miles E.

PM- Did hills on firestation.  I felt good at the beginning, but then I was dehydrated so I felt sick the last 5.  I thought we were doing ten, thats what I was told, but then coach was like do another one after we did ten and, me feeling sick, was like crap!  So it turns out that whoever took last got to stop...so on like 12 I took last out of me byron and mike because I felt sick so he said stop and I was like YES! On the cool down I felt sick so I fell back but then I was like I'm not gonna be a victim of myself so I caught back up even though I was sick.  It felt good to do mentally...not so much physically haha.  Good workout in the end.

No hurricane invite...bummer.  I went out for a 7 miler with 2 miles hard at the end (LT pace ish).  I felt really good and controlled on the hard last two miles even though the first 5 I felt fatigued.  I ended up with a 5:31 which wasn't bad for a solo run and I was being conservative to make sure I could hold it for two miles.  Good run.
