AM- 4 miles E. PM- 12x400m @ 1:10 goal pace. I hit all my times within a second until the last 5(other than the last two), then it was 1:07-1:08 then for the second to last one coach said to go hard for the first 200m, and I just stuck with mike until the end and I got a 1:04. Then coach said go all out the last one but I was so tired from nailing the others I just pushed and got another 1:04. Overall- really happy with this workout!
