AM- 3 miles E. I felt fine.
PM- 4x1600m. Byron and my time goal was 5:13. I didn't eat lunch, I felt a little sick, but I resolved my stress, which is awesome! I felt so relieved. Our first one I already felt tired from no sleep and no lunch, but we hit our time right on! (5:13) The second repeat I was feeling more tired, but I still hit my time (5:13). The third one is when I started to struggle. I fell off a little on most of the last lap until the last 100m I sprinted and caught byron but we were too slow the first two laps so we ended a second back (5:14). The last one I was trying so hard and I held it until the last lap but sprinted the last 100m (again ha) and caught byron for a good end to the workout (5:12).
Overall- I was really impressed with this because if I can run like this when I am completely out of energy and dead then I am ready to kill the season! Byron really helped today, but I plan to sleep and eat well tonight! :-)
