AM- 3 miles E. PM- Did hills on firestation. I felt good at the beginning, but then I was dehydrated so I felt sick the last 5. I thought we were doing ten, thats what I was told, but then coach was like do another one after we did ten and, me feeling sick, was like crap! So it turns out that whoever took last got to stop...so on like 12 I took last out of me byron and mike because I felt sick so he said stop and I was like YES! On the cool down I felt sick so I fell back but then I was like I'm not gonna be a victim of myself so I caught back up even though I was sick. It felt good to do mentally...not so much physically haha. Good workout in the end. |
