4x1600m (85%- 5:35 pace) w/ 3 min recovery, Harts warm/cool. First one was super good. I felt great and form felt great (5:32). Second one felt just as easy and it was nice that colton ran with me and byron. Hopefully he will come back strong (5:33). Third one was where I started to feel less effortless, but not really hard. We pushed it a little more this one (5:27). The final one I wasn't tired, but my form felt all wacked, but we still pulled off a solid time especially since Byron seemed to be struggling a little (not a lot), he was tough though! (5:28) Overall- I was just having fun this workout and talking and it felt really smooth and bouncy/energetic. I am excited for this track season cause I am not as unhealthy about my competitiveness right now...I mean I like to win...I am just not stressing about it and making ultimatums about it! Running is really fun right now!
