AM- 3 Miles E. Slept through my alarm and so I ran by myself. I felt good.
PM- 24min AT (4:45+1min)- I felt great for most of this workout.The last couple of minutes I was struggling and I fell off...normally I would keep falling back, but coach just told me to match his steps to stay the same distance (a couple of feet). I just stuck that distance for the rest, because I couldn't get myself to get moving faster. I ended pretty well. I just need to teach myself to push harder and faster when I get tired. Averaged around 5:40 which is the pace I should've hit. Did well and learned one thing to work on...finishing my workouts! |
