Ran 3 miles with a 2% incline at a 10 min mile pace it seemed too slow and I know it is suppose to be an easy day but I bumped it up to 9 min miles for the last mile.
Well I think we are all still in our recovery. And building back up. Right now is the perfect time to start the xtraining routines to make them habits. Great job doing it though. I have only had a few fast miles myself. But it is more then what I did for the last 2-3 months besides in races.
At least you know what you're doing. I'm going crazy not having any race to train for at the moment. I DO enjoy this phase when I redefine my goal and formulate a training plan for the next cycle. That's why I got on this blog last week...otherwise I would be aimless and not keep track.
I don't think I will do anything other than painters... oh I almost forgot about the local turkey trots but I run those with family just for fun and so I don't really "train" for them.
