11+ but my garmin was dead, so I'm not sure. BST, south, then north to Freedom Hills. It was hazy (euphemism for smoggy) and cold. I must return to work tomorrow, so it was nice to get a non-treadmill, midday run.
Almost there...I got this run in the nick of time. My wife is tired of me running almost every day. Too bad the marathon cycle is just getting underway. 8:30 pace
10 p.m, 50 DEGREES! I thought, "What kind of a person would I be if I didn't take advantage of this unbelievable weather and air quality?" With Respighi and Lauridsen for accompaniment, I ran with the wind and moon. Very glad I went, despite the late hour and welcoming fireplace @ home.
Awesome day at home with the family. At 10:15, I hopped on the tm to run a 10k. Slow and easy while watching Amazing Race with my son. Happy new year, I hit 1900. Chasing that number for the last few months has moved me from 3-4 days per week to 5-6 days per week. 3.5 months till Boston. I need to look into travel arrangements before too much more time elapses.
