6 am  After a long absence, I made it back to tempo tuesday.  We didn't run fast, we didn't run far, but we did run.  It was quite temperate for a mid/late November morning.  By the end, I removed my gloves, hat and jacket.  Coulda wore shorts.  This run took a lot more out of me than I care to admit.  20 mile/week is too little; I need to be at 30 for maintenance.

7 am  5 on the mill, while baby slept in the swing.  It wasn't too bad, then again, my pace was nothing to brag about.  44 minutes.
