Our trip, drive home, followed by sickness and nonstop snowstorms really cramped my running style this week.  Since Sunday afternoon I managed to do 60ish driveways.

Today at work I was running back and forth between the laser room and R&D lab, and it felt so good to move my legs fast.  I knew it was going to be an evening for the TM and 24.  Nice and easy.

Sounds like you've been busy.

Burt, even when I'm at my busiest, it's probably pedestrian compared to the maniacal lifestyle you maintain.

You just made me snort.

Snort, ha ha ha:)

Sounds busy! It's okay to have a normal life without pressure to run. My mom said so.

Glad you were able to escape Utah's snow and the very, very crazy ice storm last week. It was seriously one of the craziest weather days I have ever seen, aside from last year's wind storm, of course. Oh and the inversion....we live in a great area, don't we?

Inversion and snow...I feel bad for the Utah folk. Perfect time for anyone in Utah to take up snowshoeing.

Hope you like watching 24 on the TM, I might have fallen off.

Welcome back. Looks like you guys had a great time on vacation. You should've bought a lottery ticket as your timing seems to have been impeccable to miss the crud.

- glad you all had a good vacation and are safely back - and running.
