Nice and easy with Tara and Jack.  I spent the run feeling jealous of the Wasatch Back participants.  The whole thing is kind of ridiculous, but it's a lot of fun, especially running in beautiful, different places.  If 10000 people want to celebrate fitness and the outdoors, I want to be a part of that, despite the nonsense.

honestly, I like Ragnar about as much as most people like a turd in a pool. That said, I do get a little envious and long to be out there with a gazillion other crazies sometimes.

Nice two-day mileage one week post marathon! I don't think I'll be seeing those sorts of miles for a little while.

Hi Kam, my name is Brooke. Russ told me about you and Tara who are fellow Davis County people! I was starting to think the only other bloggers were in Utah County or out of state. I'm in NSL. Do you ever run with a group up here?

From Kam on Wed, Jun 20, 2012 at 13:26:58 from 68.66.163.179

Yeah, Brooke. Tara, Andy and I have done quite a few Saturday morning runs over the winter, schedule permitting. There aren't too many of us Davis County people, but what we lack in numbers, we make up for in quality. How do you know Russ?

From Russ on Wed, Jun 20, 2012 at 13:34:11 from 74.114.3.253

Hey Kam, I don't know Brooke - I was just being a lurker and reading RAD's blog. Brooke made a comment there about not having anyone in Davis County to run with so I chimed in with the Kam & Tara knowledge as I know you guys are in the same area. Hope it works out. Now if only I had a group in Billings.... :)

Russ, are you really THAT bored to read my long, drawn out posts? :)

From Kam on Wed, Jun 20, 2012 at 15:15:52 from 68.66.163.179

I read them too, Rachel.

From RAD on Wed, Jun 20, 2012 at 15:44:15 from 98.202.23.178

you guys are all crazy! I can't hardly stand to read them over after I type them :)

From Russ on Fri, Jun 22, 2012 at 10:32:44 from 74.114.3.253

I forgot to reply to RAD's call out. I love reading your posts about your level of fitness craziness because then I have lots of ammo at home when my wife thinks I'm crazy. I then quote "but RAD does xxx". As Crockett's not running at the moment I had to go to plan B in quoting the crazy FRB zen masters.

From Kam on Fri, Jun 22, 2012 at 10:36:40 from 68.66.163.179

RAD, I read Sasha's weekly summations of church. Your entries are poetry.

From glidergirl on Fri, Jun 22, 2012 at 15:40:20 from 71.35.231.152

RAD, I read them, too! I sometimes skip past the super long entries of other bloggers but you are special LOL.

Kam, I do them same thing, I totally say to my husband (who thinks I'm crazy) "well this FRB does THIS Hon!"

Oh and Kam, do you think anyone up here would be interested in doing a track session a couple times a month or so at one of the high schools? I'm too afraid to go there (or any trails around here) by myself because I really don't feel like getting molested anytime soon.

Poor Russ, I really do feel bad that you probably don't have many runners up there. Maybe you could put in an ad in the local newspaper? :)

From Kam on Fri, Jun 22, 2012 at 16:10:05 from 68.66.163.179

I need to get some track work in. It seems to be a component missing from my training. I could meet you at Bountiful High in the evening or morning.

From RAD on Sat, Jun 23, 2012 at 15:47:34 from 98.202.23.178

you guys really ARE crazy if you call me the Zen master and read my long entries! :) Or....maybe you're just bored.
