I rolled over 300 on the tm with this run.  My wife and kids do a little bit of running on it, but I estimate I'm responsible for 80% of the mileage.  I tried to run my headache away.  Instead, I turned it up an order of magnitude.  It's weird how a run can take things either way.  I wonder depending on what...

5+ of the miles were under 8 minute pace, but not by much.  Glad to get them in, though.

Nice weekday run Kam. That's a great distance for a Monday. As for your headache/body question I wonder how much the time of day plays into it? Is a morning run more conducive to no difference or feeling better, and that feeling better lessens throughout the day? Is it a circadian rhythm type thing or does the moon factor in? What we ate, amount of physical activity vs rest before, etc. It would be fun to be a researcher & try to isolate those variables. Now I return to my (somewhat boring) desk job...

Looks like your TM is getting some good use. Are you running much outside yet? This snow is stubborn! Every time I see Eubank wearing that white coat, I want to throw the TV out the window! C'mon spring!

Sometimes when I am hungry and trying not to eat easter candy...I go running. And SOMETIMES I come back not hungry, and SOMETIMES I am more hungry.

Tara and Kam, do you guys still have a lot of snow? We don't. It's melting. Feel free to come on down to Spanish Fark and run my trail snow free!

My wife and I are on a treadmill hunt. Do you like yours? We keep finding different one's that look good, and then end up having some bad reviews. Any opinions on the matter?

Cam, you two could probably log some serious miles. If you aren't sure what you want, I'd try running on friends' home-models to get a feel for what matters to you. Unless you want to spend 3k you can't get anything as nice and quiet as a commercial gym TM. I think as price goes up, noise goes down, and you get higher speeds and inclines. You guys are crazy fast, but I'm not sure if it's worth another $200-400 to be able to run up to 12 mph.

It sure is nice to be able to log miles in crappy weather or after dark without leaving your home, though. Before TM, I was running over lunch breaks at work, and driving to the rec center.

What kind of treadmill do you have? We've looked at NordicTrack (seems to have lots of problems with their iFit/android stuff), and Sole (seemed like a good choice, but some runner's world reviews weren't the best). Looking into Spirit a bit now. So many out there! 12mph is fast!

I have heard some noise on this Huntsville marathon and half. Appreciate your comments you left. Look forward to getting to know ya. Keep tearing that TM and road up :)

Good run on the TM. I am a fan of the TM for some reason, especially if it's cold or really hot out!

Hey Spencer I agree with Kam come run the Hunstville marathon in fall with us. You will def be well under 3.

Cam, it's a nordic track. It's has some bells and whistles you mention, but honestly, I never use them. Manual speed and incline adjustments are where it's at. I really should read the owners manual and figure some of that stuff out...

Nice on the treadmill milestone. I bought a Sole F63 I think it is 2 years ago and just rolled over 1500 miles on it tonight. Not sure how long these things are good for!
