BST to Freedom Hills, back the way I came.  Sunset was nice.  I feel slow, but it was nice to get a run in after flu Sunday and staying home from work yesterday.   There aren't many things better than listening to playoff baseball on a run.  3 innings kept me going for longer than I should have stayed out.  I was a little late for dinner.

Tara, you are right. I think the 2 months of way less sleep than normal,(thank you, baby Jack) coupled with more aggressive training, followed by the marathon literally ran me into the ground. Perhaps more recovery time was in order, but that's easier said than done.

Jack is worth it, though! Hope you are still feeling great! We had something for about 2 weeks---went through all 7 of us. It was miserable. I hope your 7 kids stay healthy!
