9 p.m.  Treadmill 10k.  54 minutes, maybe 53.  I don't know.  One of the kids came home from school and turned on the gas fireplace, so it was a balmy 73 degrees in the normally cooler basement.  I was wayyyy too hot.  (That's what she said)  I had to say that since I watched The Office.

To Kids from one to ninety-two? I'm not sure. Is there a satanic message hidden in that Christmas ditty? The fireplace was off, but the heat remained. I couldn't open the door or window, though. That would be wasteful. Maybe I should have run outside.

It seems I'm following your comment trail today, Kam. Good job getting TM run in. You are a TM king (did she say that too? If so, I'm not sure what that it means.) I also had to say that because after reflecting on the latest episode, I think knee caps needed to be busted. That sandwich did look appetizing though.
