7:30 am Another good run with Andy. I love how spare the views are along Legacy. We avoided much wind and kept dry, aside from perspiration. My first couple miles were anything but; things improved once I got warmed up. I noticed the hard ride with the Kinvaras again, but my other shoes still haven't turned up. It's vexing, because they are at that perfect stage for shoes where they are perfectly formed to my feet, but still have cushioning. |
