62 minutes. Still sick, but my back and knee started to hurt, so I had to run to fix them. No 20 miler this week, but I should be back on top of things to hit these last 4-5 weeks of training pretty hard.

Sometimes listening to that body is better than forcing out a 20 miler. You've got a great 4-5 week ahead. keep it up, hope that back and knee are behaving now.
