6 miles @ 8 min pace on the treadmill. MNF and a Jazz game were on, so it was tolerable. The treadmill says I'm slower than on the road. Seems strange. If I was working that hard on the road, I'd be around a 7 minute pace.

I find that same phenomenon on the treadmill. I feel like I am working much harder than the dang numbers on the treadmill indicate!
