I made my running buddy a little late for school on this run.  We went to Freedom Hills and back, with a donut stop on the way home.  I love the irony of stopping by the grocery store to eat a donut after a 7-8 miler.  It was too hot for the jacket and running tights after about 5 minutes.  By now I should have the wardrobe figured out...

Excellent: donut stop-off after a shifty 8. What makes it all the better is that if you wolfed them within the first fifteen after your hungry 8, it all goes in as glycogen. Brilliant.
